Salary circa £55,000 dependent on skills and experience

Permanent, 37 hours per week, Full-time, with flexibility for part-time

Location: Lincoln Office (Primarily) and Huntingdon Office

We are recruiting for Billing & Collections Operations Leader on a permanent basis!

You’ll manage the Proactive, Resolutions, Data Integration and Customer Leakage Enforcement teams. The teams work across multiple billing, collection and consumption activities from resolving payment problems to enforcing large leak repairs. Working closely with other teams across the business to provide a holistic customer service, you’ll build and maintain effective internal and external stakeholders relationships.

You’ll provide leadership, development, active engagement and support to your teams to ensure targets, SLA’s and KPI’s are continually reviewed with both our customer and business expectations being met.

As our new Billing & Collections Operations Leader, you’ll be highly motivated, passionate about service and have the customer at the heart of everything you do.
