We are seeking a dedicated Reporting manager to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our company's commitment to high standards of financial accountability and sustainability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS and ensuring compliance with the CSRD by enhancing our sustainability reporting efforts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare accurate annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.

  • Ensure all financial and sustainability reporting meets the legal, regulatory, and company standards.

  • Develop and implement reporting processes for new IFRS standards as they are released.

  • Collaborate with the sustainability team to collect, analyze, and report sustainability data in line with CSRD requirements.

  • Manage the CSRD readiness project to develop and implement sustainability reporting processes with a cross-functional team (sustainability, legal, people, IT)

  • Enhance the integration of sustainability metrics into financial reporting.

  • Assist in managing the audit of financial and sustainability reports, ensuring thorough and compliant outcomes.

  • Keep abreast of developments and changes in reporting standards and sustainability practices.

  • Engage with external consultants to ensure compliance with all external reporting requirements.

  • Support management in making data-driven decisions by providing timely insights from financial and sustainability reporting.

  • Lead the preparation of technical accounting papers, ensuring alignment with IFRS standards and clarity in complex policy interpretations.

  • Manage specific technical accounting issues during close periods to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Providing support and continuity in all reporting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).

  • Proven experience in financial reporting and knowledge of IFRS.

  • Experience with or understanding of sustainability reporting and CSRD.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Skilled in managing complex, long-term projects with multiple milestones and stakeholders

  • Proficiency in financial reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite
