Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a

Sales Reporting Specialist - Experienced

Your role in a nutshell:

To implement and manage reporting and analytics solutions to fulfil reporting requirements for top strategic accounts or for the internal top management. To provide reports and data analytics, to draw conclusions and make recommendations. To develop, automate and standardize the reporting processes.

What you’ll do:

• Based on his/her technical and data mining skills, automates key customer facing reports and business analytics; ensures that they are produced on a timely and accurate fashion.
• Ensures continuous improvement of existing reports. Initiates improvement of the team's processes.
• Communicates with internal customers and presents results to middle and higher management/ stakeholders.
• Produces weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual reports analyzing VGE performance (KPI) and key business metrics.
• Highlights trends and exposures, suggests priorities and drives the improvement of the integrity of pipeline data.
• Tracks and analyzes metrics to ensure that performance is in line with overall business objectives.
• Develops and produces sophisticated reporting and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Automates and combines data streams within the business intelligence tools to provide new insights and reporting capabilities.
• Works closely with the Sales Operationsteams to understand requirements and provide reporting solutions.
