What you’ll do

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques
 Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading reports, dashboards and own data warehouse.
 Design KPI Dashboards and metrics that enhance strategic and tactical business decision-making
 Develop KPI concepts, dashboards and measure the impact of newly released features with Data-Driven mindset.
 Generate information and insights from data sets and identify trends and patterns
 Create and maintain interactive dashboards through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
 Create reports and presentations for the internal team and upper management
 Identify and validate new feature ideas through experimentation and data, making clear decisions on priority and roadmap.
 Scope, plan and deliver an actionable product backlog and ship high-quality features weekly in an agile development process.

Who you are

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems or other relevant departments
 At least 5 years’ experience in relevant positions, previous team management experience is strongly preferred
 Exceptional SQL, Excel and DAX skills
 Experience with Python or other scriptings
 Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets, relational databases, data modeling and ETL procedures
 Experience with Tableau is a must, other data visualization tools is a plus
 Having problem solving skills and an analytical mindset
 Having a deep understanding of problems and identifies opportunities for areas of improvement.
