Hello there! We’re VOIS (also known as Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) and we’re looking for a

International Services Commercial Manager

Your role in a nutshell:

The purpose of this role is to ensure a competitive cost structure while maintaining the required quality standards for Voice, IPX, and Roaming services across the assigned region and accounts. This includes applying appropriate routing strategies to support deal execution and hubbing pricing, as well as managing cost and pricing frameworks for roaming and IPX services.

What you'll do:

  • Apply the wholesale commercial strategies for all countries and accounts in the designated Region.
  • Apply the cost targets into managed markets and establish cost baseline rates and floor prices for monthly pricing and target sell rates.
  • Provide commercial support and oversight to all wholesale services, like voice, roaming and IPX in the region and for the designated accounts.
  • Execute the routing plan to optimise quality for our customers and fulfil all deal commitments.
  • Execute profitable business growth and International Services evolution products

What you will bring to our team:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in international voice/roaming /IPX/wholesale services
  • Background in voice, roaming and IPX negotiations and delivery of cost and margin targets
  • Knowledge of sanctions, regulatory and tax framework as it applies to international wholesale services
  • Strong resilience and Proactive attitude
