Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to enable a team of Process and Business Analysts to deliver digital improvements aligned to our Network Expansion digital roadmap, and to support in the product definition using data driven analysis.

Using agile delivery practices and industry standard continuous improvement frameworks, you will enable business change, clearly communicating and measuring the teams' progress as they deliver against defined business outcomes.

The role will not only guide the Process Business Analysts but also work closely with all key stakeholders, providing expertise in designing and implementing complex large-scale change projects and running design authority and governance forums. Through the definition process you will enable the team to help define and input into technology solutions through process led user centric design.

The role overall supports our business objectives and transformation targets, providing leadership and guidance across complex, multi-vendor technical deliveries, working cross-functionally to engage, encourage and empower internal and external parties to meet time and quality targets.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • A proven track record working as a Business Architect in a medium/large scale capital programme.
  • Significant Knowledge and experience of Process and Business Analysis concepts, industry standard frameworks and design methodology within an agile delivery environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of supporting software delivery projects from conception to completion and Illustrate knowledge and practical experience of business analysis and process improvement techniques
  • Experience of a Digital first approach to process management and automation in a medium/large-scale capital programme.
  • Strong track record of operating at a senior management level
  • Solid understanding of Lean principles, LSS Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Experience in documenting business processes (preferably using BPMN) and business requirements
  • Proven ability to work within large transformation programmes with multi-vendor delivery models
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups and an awareness of appropriate communication styles and formats tailored to suit the audience.
  • A strong record of people management in a complex delivery environment, including communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
