At Unmind, we're here to create better mental health.
We believe mental health should be a source of strength, not struggle – for people, teams, and entire organisations.
We combine science, technology, and human care to help companies like Uber, Disney, Major League Baseball, and the NHS improve mental health and drive performance.
Now we’re looking for more brilliant people to help us do it.

🎯 The Role — Account Manager, Enterprise & Mid-Market
As an Enterprise & Mid-Market Account Manager at Unmind, you’ll own the commercial success of a portfolio of established mid market & enterprise clients across EMEA. You’ll lead renewals and expansion, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive meaningful revenue growth through value-based, consultative conversations.
This role is ideal for someone who already has solid SaaS account management experience and is ready to take on greater ownership, complexity, and commercial accountability - while continuing to develop towards enterprise-level selling.
In this role, you’ll:
Deliver against retention and expansion targets across a portfolio of EMEA mid market & enterprise clients (typically £50,000 to £500,000 in annual contract value), owning the full commercial lifecycle for renewals and upsells.
Lead and close renewal and expansion opportunities, including negotiation and contracting, with increasing autonomy and accountability.
Identify and execute expansion opportunities by selling additional services, increasing contract scope, or expanding into new geographies.
Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to align commercial outcomes with client impact, adoption, and long-term people strategy.
Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders, including Heads of HR, HR Directors, Finance partners, and emerging executive sponsors.
Develop a strong understanding of client goals, success drivers, and health metrics to proactively manage risk and maximise retention and growth.
Contribute insights and feedback to improve Unmind’s expansion and renewal approach.
Represent the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product, Support, and other teams to influence roadmap and delivery.
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and account plans across your portfolio with accuracy and discipline.
Continue to refine your commercial craft — from value-based storytelling and objection handling to structured account planning.
🌟 About You
In the spirit of equity and continuous growth, we invite you to remove education from your CV. Qualifications are not a factor in our decision-making. However, some experience in the following is important for this position:
Has 2+ years experience managing mid-market / enterprise clients in a SaaS or B2B software environment, ideally selling into HR or People functions.
Has successfully led renewals and expansion conversations with annual contract values typically ranging from £50,000 to £500,000.
Is confident engaging multiple stakeholders and navigating more involved procurement and contracting processes.
Demonstrates strong commercial judgement and can clearly articulate value in outcome-focused conversations.
Is a credible, clear, and persuasive communicator, both written and verbal.
Can build trusted relationships with economic buyers and senior HR stakeholders.
Has experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to drive client outcomes.
Is disciplined in opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene.
Has a solid understanding of contractual terms, renewal mechanics, and basic commercial risk.
Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and is motivated by impact, learning, and progression.
Tip for candidates: If you’re unsure whether to apply – do. We know great people don't always tick every box.
