  • Analyse trends and performance data to identify risks, highlight emerging themes and support informed decision making and regulatory readiness.
  • Ensure documentation, records and programme artefacts are maintained to robust governance and audit standards.

Programme Controls Administration

  • Maintain key programme controls documentation, including risks, issues, changes, dependencies and reporting artefacts.
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure information is complete, accurate and ready for governance review.
  • Bring a methodical and detail focused approach to programme controls, ensuring information is accurate, auditable and ready to support effective decision making.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a PMO, programme support, programme coordination or governance support environment.
  • Experience working within a regulated industry such as utilities, water, infrastructure or a compliance focused environment.
  • Experience coordinating governance meetings and producing agendas, papers, minutes and action logs.
