Job Purpose
As Lead Income Analyst, you’ll support Income senior leadership and operational managers with high‑quality insight, analysis and reporting to enable the effective management of the Income Affordability business area.
You’ll lead and develop a talented team of analysts, delivering insight that drives process improvement, supports key decisions and helps achieve performance targets.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and delivery of insightful reporting, including dashboards, spreadsheets and other analytical tools
- Apply strong analytical expertise alongside an understanding of operational processes, systems and technology
- Analyse data at a granular level, identifying risks, trends and opportunities that support affordability initiatives
- Manage and support a small team of analysts, overseeing workload, performance, attendance and development
- Present insights confidently to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving positive outcomes
Technical Skills & Experience
- Advanced analytical capability, with confidence presenting insights at all management levels
- Proven experience delivering Management Information, from data manipulation through to interpretation
- Strong technical expertise in reporting tools and data management, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Effective senior‑stakeholder communication and influence
- A proactive mindset, always looking to enhance insight and reporting value

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Educated to degree level 2.2 minimum in a mathematical, statistical or scientific discipline
