Job Description

Join us as Senior Product Delivery Manager and lead the end-to-end delivery of TUI's OneWeb Global Replatforming Programme. You'll coordinate delivery across multiple product and technology teams, managing complex dependencies while ensuring successful execution of our digital website rebuild across TUI's global web estate.

The role will be published until September 7th 2026

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.

  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.

  • A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.

  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.

  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll manage and coordinate delivery activities across the OneWeb Global Replatforming Programme, maintaining the integrated programme plan and ensuring alignment across all participating teams and workstreams.

  • Programme governance sits at the heart of your role as you chair OneWeb SteerCo meetings, prepare reporting for senior stakeholders and provide visibility of delivery progress, risks, issues and dependencies while driving informed decision-making.

  • Managing complex cross-pod dependencies comes naturally to you - you'll coordinate across product, technology and business teams, maintaining dependency trackers and facilitating resolution activities to support successful programme delivery.

  • Your risk management expertise enables you to maintain programme RAID logs, coordinate mitigation plans with relevant stakeholders and monitor programme health indicators while escalating significant risks appropriately.

  • Delivery performance reporting is key - you'll track milestone achievement, monitor delivery metrics and velocity trends, produce dashboards and executive reporting packs, and recommend actions to improve delivery predictability.

  • With line management responsibility for 1-2 Delivery Managers, you'll set objectives, support development planning, coach delivery practitioners and foster a collaborative team environment while maintaining your primary focus on OneWeb Programme delivery.

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring proven experience in delivery management or program management, with proven success leading delivery teams or managing delivery managers in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

  • Your strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe enables you to manage complex, cross-functional digital initiatives effectively, and you're experienced with delivery management tools like Jira and Confluence.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills help you build effective working relationships across Product, Technology and business teams, and you have strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on removing impediments.

  • Your track record includes successful delivery of major digital initiatives, and you understand digital product development processes, digital commerce and customer experience principles.

  • Experience in risk management, mitigation, resource planning and capacity management comes naturally to you, and you have strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

  • You're fluent in English with additional European languages beneficial, and while experience in the travel industry is valuable, it's not essential - professional certifications in project/program management or agile methodologies are also beneficial.

From a workplace to a place to belong. At TUI we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging everyone to come as you are, because together, our potential is limitless.

We are committed to supporting candidates with disabilities and impairments so if you require any support, please do let us know.
