Job Description

Join our global TUI Musement HR Team as a Reward & Organization Manager and contribute to build a robust, fair, competitive and transparent reward landscape with the aim to support the business to maximize efficiency.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Develop and maintain a broad and deep understanding of all of TUI MM’s business areas (e.g. functions, head office, service, operations) including their commercial and organisational priorities to provide pro-active reward solutions for their non-executive populations
  • Understand the business job landscape and build (and maintain) a solid position framework, job evaluation framework and global job catalogue
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert to Reward related System/module development defining requirements and testing to ensure processes and interactions are as effective as possible
  • Partner with Senior People Partners / People Partners to monitor and re-design local reward packages to ensure a consistent, competitive and fair reward landscape across TUI Musement
  • Partner with the other Group HR and Reward functions to ensure that key local and global Reward activity is communicated and applied effectively and gaps are identified and addressed
  • Identify opportunities to improve our Reward programmes – diagnose gaps between current and desired states and propose solutions to resolve those gaps, shaping the decision making process and influencing stakeholders as appropriate
  • Work closely with the organisations finance and payroll team to ensure that key costs (e.g. bonus accrual, salary levels) are correctly tracked and recorded, acting as a central point of contact to address any questions and challenge that may arise
  • Contribute to shaping and implementing the global pay review and variable pay process, ensuring that the process is compliant with the requirements of the reward governance framework

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrable Reward experience including a track record of working with and managing pay and grading frameworks. In-depth understanding of job evaluation (ideally Hay/ Korn Ferry) and its practical application in a fast moving and diverse business
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks & opportunities
  • Experience of managing small to medium scale, multifaceted Reward projects including but not limited to annual pay and bonus cycles
  • A proven ability to analyse and work with data combined with a confidence in dealing with large data volumes and complexity
  • Able to consult, analyse and diagnose business issues and translate these into practical Reward solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Strong excel skills with an ability to build and maintain appropriate tools and models
  • High levels of personal integrity and comfortable in operating in an ambiguous fast paced constantly changing environment
