Job Description
Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as HR Cordinator in Croatia located in Živogošće.You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating all human resources activities at our hotel operations in Živogošće. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labour regulations, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience in line with TUI standards.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Organises and prepares general company acts related to employment and labour relations
- Prepares individual HR documentation, including employment contracts, contract terminations, fixed-term contracts (seasonal workers, permanent seasonal workers), job advertisements, employee insurance and benefits
- Monitors and manages employee rights arising from employment relationships, as well as health, pension and disability insurance entitlements
- Manages and coordinates workforce planning activities, including staffing needs analysis, surveys, training and development initiatives
- Coordinates and supports HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, contract management, employee benefits and offboarding
- Participates in candidate screening, selection and recruitment processes
- Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures and applicable labour legislation
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (VŠS / VSS)
- Minimum of two years experience in the same or similar HR-related role
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, composure and proven ability to professionally resolve conflict situations
- Valid B category driving licence
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
CONTRACT DETAILS
- Type of contract: Permanent employment contract with a 6-month probation period
- Start date: February 2026
