We are investing heavily in the application of data and Customer Decisioning technology at a Global level, meaning analytics will be driving our customer strategy and market-leading personalised customer experiences consistently across source markets and channels.

Working within our UK Customer Analytics team you will be responsible for creating insights to help drive key strategic and investment decisions across the business. Using internal and external customer data you will provide meaningful customer insights to business stakeholders. You will also provide segmentation, profiling, modelling and performance reporting to support CRM and wider business strategy.

We have begun investing in ‘automated decision making’ using our wealth of customer data, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in shaping a programme that has the potential to revolutionise our business. You will need excellent communication and influencing skills to ensure that you can bring multiple and varied stakeholders on this journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • As CRM Analyst you will take a proactive approach to creating customer insights and pushing them out to the business to help drive decision-making.
  • You will support the delivery of automated decision-making utilising customer and commercial data and enable a ‘test and learn’ culture through the production of campaign effectiveness reporting and recommendations.
  • The CRM Analyst will work alongside the CRM Communications team to help embed campaign insights into future campaign design and customer strategy decisions. You will also produce timely, meaningful and insightful performance analysis to help assist future investment and development decisions.
  • In addition to this, you will be working on short-term analysis projects to support key initiatives. You will do all of this through the application of advanced analysis techniques.
  • Ensure we put the customer at the heart of CRM analytics and drive customer centricity through our insight and recommendations
  • Pro-actively identify opportunities for business and data improvements, recommending enhancements where appropriate and work with global teams to ensure effective implementation
  • Collaborate with our digital marketing channels to identify use cases where we can use our data and models to drive customer centricitc
  • Assessing our digital and CRM reporting landscape, you will work with digital teams to find ways to combine reporting to bring the customer to life in other channels and drive business efficiencies

ABOUT YOU

  • Educated to a degree standard, ideally in a mathematical, economic or scientific related discipline
  • Applied statistics – one of ideally applied statistics/operational research/management science
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to articulate analysis for a non-technical audience
  • Ability to present analytical findings with clarity and in an engaging way
  • Ability to manage and create reports
  • PC literate – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
  • Experience in manipulating data using SQL preferred
