Job Description

Reporting Expert, you will play a crucial part in supporting the implementation of a new HR System within the UK business by analysing data and producing reports suitable for the business moving forward.

Reporting into the Data Migration Lead, you will support in the delivery of the project, as part of a large, global project team. You will work with colleagues from around the business, so your ability to work within a large, global and virtual team is crucial. As the project progresses, you will be focused on the reporting requirements and work alongside the Data Migration Lead to ensure reports are created in line with the project and fit the requirements of the business moving forward.

This role is a fixed term contract until August 2025.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Report Creation the successful candidate will be required to create reporting suitable for the business needs within SuccessFactors
  • Requirement Definition you will hold discussions with Subject Matter Experts, Functional and other system specialists to identify, define, and document the business requirements for reporting
  • Data Support you will initially provide support to the management of the current HR data into the new SuccessFactors solution. As the project progresses, your focus will be on reporting and assisting in data integration.
  • Data Quality you will review the current data to identify mapping requirements, data quality issues, formatting issues and contradictory mappings/data types
  • Reporting Gap Analysis you will work with the Data Migration Lead in identifying reporting gaps between the new system and the payroll system (ResourceLink)
  • Documentation you will be required to own the documentation from both a technical and business perspective, relating to reporting
  • You will escalate any risks or issues encountered or anticipated to the Project Manager as early as possible, to ensure minimal impact to the wider programme; managing solutions for risk mitigation.
  • You will champion our responsibilities in the area of Data Protection to ensure other team requirements/expectations are understood to safeguard all employee sensitive date

ABOUT YOU

  • Knowledge and experience of query writing in SQL programming is desirable
  • Previous experience of Resourcelink and/or SuccessFactors Reporting is highly desirable
  • Experience of reporting or analytical work, preferably in a HR environment
  • Able to challenge and manage conflicting deadlines/priorities
  • Knowledge of MS Office including Excel with advanced knowledge of excel formulae
  • Have a high attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and software
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and energy with a positive attitude
