Job Description

Who we are:

At TrueLayer, we’re creating a payments network that better connects banks, businesses and everybody. And we’re going big. We’re taking on cards with a payment method that’s actually designed for the online, on-demand world we live in. Removing friction from the most crucial part of commerce: the payment.

To date, we’ve raised $270 million from world-renowned investors including Stripe, Tiger Global, Addition and Tencent. We’ve got offices in London, Milan and Dublin. And we’re trusted by industry leaders like Coinbase, Revolut and William Hill… though we’re not stopping here.

We’re on a mission to change the way the world pays, invests, shops and saves. To transform how people approach payments. To build a brand that redefines an entire industry — and we’d like your help to get us there. So what do you say?

As Client Operations Coordinator you will be part of the broader Customer Team and you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the operational aspects of new client related projects such as the roll-out of new product features, client communications, system and console migrations, product feedback sessions and client surveys.

Occasionally you will be involved in the launch of new enterprise clients that will require additional ad hoc operational support.

The main goal of the role is to ensure operational excellence and the delivery of the operational tasks of various projects, working cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders in the organisation.

This position requires strong management skills, exceptional program management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve successful outcomes.

What we expect from you:

  • Lead the execution, and delivery of multiple client-specific projects, ensuring they meet predefined objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain project management processes, tools, and methodologies to track progress and drive efficient delivery
  • Update the broader organisation with progress and milestones.
  • Ensure at all times the best level of service and excellent communication to our clients.
  • Delivery and execution of projects to scale and optimise operations within Truelayer, with a primary focus on client impacting operations.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure the project success.
  • Help create a scalable operational framework for our SMB portfolio.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

  • A proactive individual with a great sense of drive to delight customers
  • Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

What you can expect from us:

  • Flexible hours and hybrid working - we offer a hybrid approach to work of 3 days per week remote working 🏡 and 2 days per week in our new offices in London 🇬🇧 Milan 🇮🇹 and Dublin 🇮🇪
  • Need to collect the kids from childcare? Love a workout in the gym first thing? No worries, we trust you to do your best work within our hybrid framework 🧘
