At TrueLayer, we don’t just do inclusion and diversity. We embrace people that have different opinions, perspectives and personalities. We specifically have a Diversity and Inclusion Employee Resource Group to help foster an inclusive and diverse culture. We accomplish this through: education and awareness, by providing a safe and supportive environment, advocating for key issues and influencing the wider tech community.
We've also implemented a number of initiatives to ensure our hiring is more inclusive, including:
- Tracking the diversity of our applicant pool and different diversity groups via a voluntary demographic survey which is sent to all applicants, helping us highlight any potential blockers / bias in our interview process to certain demographics.
- Using a tool to ensure we use inclusive language in our job descriptions, limiting any unconscious bias.
- A focus on diversity outreach to ensure we keep a diverse sourcing pool.
- Partnering with companies like SheCanCode sponsoring events and promoting job opportunities to other demographics.

At TrueLayer we have embraced hybrid work and are fully committed to being a flexible place to work.
As a hybrid - remote friendly company, everyone is allowed to work remotely for 60% of the time and is required to come to the office for 40% of the time, each quarter.
