Description

Transcom is seeking a Senior Director of CX Advisory Services to join our Advisory Services and Applied Insights department. This team offers data and analysis-driven advice to improve customer satisfaction levels through recommended solutions targeting and delivering value-add services. Working with existing and prospective customers, they understand the end to end customer experience and related business objectives.

Join us as a Senior Director of CX Advisory Services

Your primary focus will be to take the value proposition of our service offerings to the market - ensuring there is a clear and effective model to demonstrate our global CX capabilities. You will collaborate with Practice leaders, Domain Experts and Product Managers to manage and support projects for existing and new customers.

Job responsibilities:

  • Build, standardise and establish global methodologies supporting CX Management

  • Take ownership of developing CV Solutions to fit existing and prospective clients needs

  • Deliver customer centric analytics and business centric insights to help achieve clients’ overall business objectives

  • Drive the development of our Business Value Proposition from insight driven research

  • Take the lead in establishing solid processes to implement innovations ideas, innovation pilot plans and innovation priorities

What we are looking for:

  • Fluency in English at C1 level, other EU languages are a plus
  • 5 years minimum of experience in a similar post, implementing global CX strategies
  • Ability to collaborate with multilingual stakeholders, often across multiple countries
  • Previous working knowledge of various Customer Experience Management structures and models
  • Able to identify and seize business opportunities
  • A high focus on results through making an impact and successful planning
  • High level of initiative, makes things happen
  • A methodical approach to working
  • Open to learn new concepts and strategies
