Job Description
The Role
We're looking for a Sales Marketing Specialist to help us to drive inbound leads through the creation and optimisation of targeted email outreach sequences. The ideal candidate will design compelling sequence campaigns, analyse engagement metrics, and continually refine strategies to maximise conversions. Strong copywriting skills and experience with CRM tools are essential.
In this role you’ll..
Craft Engaging Content: Write captivating, on-brand email sequences with a commercial focus to drive sales, engagement, and customer retention.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success: Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective lead generation and nurturing, and partner with customer success to develop strategies and content for retaining valued customers.
Utilise Tech Tools: Use and learn various pipeline and email marketing tools (such as Clay, Smartread, HubSpot) to manage, optimise, and enhance email campaigns.
Data Analysis and Optimisation: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to continually improve and optimise email strategies.
Cross-functional collaboration: Engage with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals in a collaborative environment.
Enhance Retention: Develop and implement email sequences aimed at customer retention, working to keep clients engaged and satisfied.
Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in b2b email marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools
Communication & Collaboration Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persuasive content.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with email marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Clay, and Smartread, or a willingness and ability to learn these tools quickly.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Organisational Skills: Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative Thinking: Innovative and creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for engaging and retaining customers.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a strong understanding of customer needs and how to address them through targeted marketing strategies.
Salary: Base Salary Range £30,000 - 32,000K (*Based on experience and performance at hiring stage)
