Job Description

Our Mission

We're not your average benefits platform; we're the unordinary force that uplifts people's lives. Our technology is the link that connects the entire benefits ecosystem, creating better outcomes for employers, employees, brokers, and providers.

Our mission is clear: we're here to create a world where everything operates at its very best, ensuring that every employee receives the support they need to live life to the fullest, both at work and beyond.

Your Mission

As Ben's Senior Marketing Manager, you're at the heart of our engagement strategy, the driving force of our events and digital communications, enhancing customer acquisition and community engagement. You'll lead the charge in planning and executing standout events, whilst also crafting compelling content and email marketing campaigns that guide customers through the funnel. You’ll also sharpen our SEO strategy to boost qualified traffic and work closely with our Growth Manager to optimise conversions. Managing our Hubspot CRM, you’ll enhance automation and ensure it’s leveraged effectively across the business.

Things you will be working on:

  • Defining our events strategy and work with the wider marketing team on planning and executing high quality events to drive acquisition, and build our community.

  • Working with the wider Marketing and Marketplace team to create compelling content, events, social media and PR campaigns.

  • Design, plan and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies across the entire funnel, from prospect nurturing to customer communications

  • Continuously test and optimise your email campaigns to improve core KPI’s and overall ROI.

  • Develop our SEO strategy with a focus on driving qualified customer traffic and work with our Growth Manager on optimising organic traffic conversion.

  • Own the management and development of our Hubspot CRM, including automation, reporting and ensuring a better utilisation of the platform across the business.

You will love this role if you…

  • Worked in businesses where long Sales cycles were prevalent and lead nurture was key.

  • Love digging into the numbers to gain insights and inform your work

  • Worked in a well-refined org where A/B testing and creative experimentation were part of your day to day.

  • Have a high level of proficiency in SEO best practice and content optimisation.

  • Know about key email regulations and best practices, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and others.

  • Have exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt content to different styles and tones.

  • Have been a CRM admin in the past and ideally worked with Hubspot in a previous role

  • Bonus: Are familiar with HTML/CSS for email design.
