About us
Born with the inception of the Product Marketing Alliance (PMA) in February 2019, The Alliance was founded with a singular mission — to unite product marketers globally. What started as a vision has transformed into a thriving community of over 90,000 enthusiasts, all sharing a common goal: to propel the demand, adoption, and overall success of their products.
Over time, recognising immense potential, we expanded our horizons. The Alliance now encompasses more than 15+ communities, each tailored for professionals aiming to ascend to the next stage of their careers. From product marketing to sales enablement, product-led growth to AI, our network covers the entire ecosystem. Regardless of industry or profession, every community under The Alliance banner is characterized by forward-thinking and progressiveness.
Renowned for the excellence of our conferences, The Alliance serves as the vital link connecting incredible professionals year after year. Now, all these communities, fall under the unified umbrella of The Alliance. Flexible working at The Alliance
Rather than counting the hours that people are working, we're still focused on creating great things that happen on time. Occasionally, this means working to set hours just doesn’t make sense, for example when running our events, before important deadlines, and for crucial sales calls.
Core Hours, 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, ensure peak collaboration. The rest? Your call, between 8 am and 8 pm, sans all-nighters. Whether starting early for a Friday finish or aligning with evening calls, the choice is yours.
Hybrid or Remote? You decide. Our policies support your ideal work-life balance, with occasional in-person events for remote warriors. Embrace the freedom 🚀
Approach to diversity & inclusion
At The Alliance, we champion a culture of DEI&B at every level of our organisation. With a dedicated DEI committee, we've taken concrete steps, including developing tone-of-voice guidelines that mirror our values and foster communication that is respectful, inclusive, and welcoming to all.
Our commitment extends beyond words, we've already implemented a "Work With Me" guide, celebrating diverse learning and working styles, with a special focus on supporting our neurodivergent colleagues. We are now focusing on more initiatives, surveys, engagement activities, and educational efforts for 2024.
