JOB DESCRIPTION

What you'll do:

We are seeking a talented, highly organised and results-driven senior Launch and Marketing Programs Lead to join our team in shaping SAPs marketing future. You will play a critical role in developing integrated launch journey strategies, digital marketing playbooks, experience design and marketing programs that drive customer engagement and revenue growth across our hero launch roadmap. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess a data-driven mindset and a passion for marketing innovation and be skilled in stakeholder management. This person will support project management and integrated marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth anchored in our business objectives and marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to lead and own the planning and development of integrated omni channel launch marketing campaigns, prioritizing data-driven strategies, and customer-centric experiences.

  • Support project management and risk mitigation efforts, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables within budget.

  • You will own and manage our launch moments roadmap and the development of our launch experiences, drawing on product truth and value proposition to develop audience first campaigns.

  • Ensure launches are designed for customer engagement, with clear post-launch nurture and adoption pathways.

  • Drive alignment across product, marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders, ensuring competing priorities are balanced and launches ladder up to business objectives.

  • Executive communications essential: strong stakeholder management at senior level ensuring dots are connected and communication is clear and actionable.

  • Contribute to the development of our scalable launch GTM playbooks, capturing best practices and driving continuous process improvement.

  • Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for optimization, providing regular status updates to stakeholders, data insights a foundation.

  • Support the creation, management, and standardization of marketing launch dashboards and measurement processes.

  • Facilitate content template development, audience segmentation, messaging alignment, and milestone management.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, team communications, and knowledge-sharing systems.

  • Develop a strong understanding of automation and journey orchestration to inform marketing strategies.

  • Champion SAP brand values, principles, expression, and guidelines across the company, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and integration of strategic programs into all touchpoints and experiences.

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeve to get the work done. You are comfortable with ambiguity, detail oriented and highly adaptable. The Integrated Marketing team has a hands-on culture, and this job is a hands-on role.

  • Strong project management skills and experience supporting cross functional teams. This role will rely on other teams within Corporate Marketing and other areas within Marketing & Solutions to get things done. It will be your job to help others and collaborate to move forward.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of marketing experience, specializing in digital - integrated marketing and/or project management experience. Events experience essential.

  • Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience

  • Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset, excellent project management skills

  • Collaborator with the ability to build and grow strong cross-functional partnerships with internal teams and external partners

  • Experience using data to drive decision making – insights to action to clear outcomes

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in B2B marketing and working with marketing automation platforms

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and data management.

  • Experience in customer audience segmentation, contact management and customer journey

  • SaaS experience

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 142,500 - 327,100 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
