Working closely with domain teams, platform services and our central Product function, you’ll help bring structure and consistency to engineering delivery.
This is a hands-on position, combining technical expertise with leadership, where you’ll play a vital part in how we build, evolve and support our platforms.

- Apply and maintain engineering standards and ways of working
- Plan and deliver change across the domain, ensuring safe, structured releases
- Work with Product teams and stakeholders to translate priorities into deliverable outcomes
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, supportable and aligned to best practice
- Maintain the stability, performance and reliability of services
- Collaborate with Service and Assurance teams to enable smooth handovers and effective support models
- Improve monitoring, documentation and knowledge sharing
- Provide day-to-day technical leadership, support and guidance to engineers
- Develop capability across SAP and associated platforms
- Promote a culture of ownership, quality and continuous improvement
- Manage dependencies across systems to support cohesive delivery
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, Product and Engineering teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Strong experience working with SAP and integrated enterprise systems
- A track record of supporting delivery of change within service-critical environments
- Good understanding of system integration, interfaces and enterprise platforms
- Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to balance live service support with delivery of change
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working across teams and managing competing priorities
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
- Exposure to HR/Payroll, Finance, Customer, Product or Supply Chain systems (desirable)
