Enterprise Application Support Specialist
Location: Prestwick, Ayrshire
Hours: 37 hours per week (half-day Friday)
Type: Full-time
Travel Required: Occasional
Work Location: Site-based (100%)
Security Checks: BPSS, Disclosure Scotland, pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol testing)

Prestwick Aerosystems continues Ayrshire’s long-standing aircraft manufacturing tradition. From our Prestwick site, we manufacture aircraft wing structures used on Airbus commercial aircraft worldwide.
You will support the operation, governance and improvement of key enterprise IT systems used across the Prestwick site and associated locations. Your work will ensure systems are reliable, secure and continue to meet the operational needs of the business.
How you will contribute to the team
You will:
- Act as the main site focal point for enterprise application support, governance and change activity.
- Coordinate system support, escalation and minor development activity, including third-party suppliers where applicable.
- Lead or support enterprise system change projects, including requirements capture, testing and implementation.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, access controls and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Requirements for the role
You will have:
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise IT systems supporting manufacturing or business operations.
- Experience supporting application governance, system change or continuous improvement activity.
- Experience working with third-party IT suppliers or managed service providers.
- A relevant IT or engineering qualification, or equivalent experience.
