Job Description

Simprints is a nonprofit tech company with a mission to radically increase transparency and effectiveness in global development. We build ethical, inclusive digital ID powered by biometrics to verify that health, aid, and services truly reach people. Simprints partners with organisations like Gavi to boost immunisation rates in developing countries, Ministries of Health like Ghana on pandemic response, and NGOs like BRAC to deliver maternal healthcare. Studies have shown Simprints increases impact through real-time, precision data, for example increasing maternal health visits by 38% in Bangladesh or accurate HIV tracing by 62% in Malawi. Today we’ve worked in over 17 countries helping deliver health, aid, and finance to >2.5M people. Our goal is to transform the way the world fights poverty, ensuring that every vaccine, every dollar, and every public good reaches the people who need them most.

About the Role

Simprints recently raised catalytic funding and is growing rapidly. We have proven that our technology can support partners in increasing the impact of their projects. With a new company strategy emphasising a clear market focus and expectations of growing our revenue year on year, we’re looking to take the next step and become a major player in the tech4dev space. If you think you could be the right person to help build a world-leading partnerships team, we want to hear from you.

Specifically, we’re looking for a proven business development leader. Your role would focus on increasing our portfolio of corporate and philanthropic partners around the world. From one day to the next you might be creating synergies across multiple partners to form a public-private partnership for vaccine delivery, presenting at a global conference in Nairobi, or meeting with corporate partners in San Francisco to scope a project for funding to improve our child biometrics technology.
