We are a nonprofit tech company on a mission to improve the lives of the world’s poorest and most vulnerable citizens.
Simprints’ mission is to transform the way the world fights poverty. We build technology to radically increase transparency and effectiveness in global development, making sure that every vaccine, every dollar, every public good reaches the people who need them most.
Flexible working at Simprints
We are a flexible organisation when it comes to working hours and location. If you're more efficient late at night, Better before the sun rises, need to squeeze in a doctor’s visit on Thursday morning or watch your child's school play, then that’s fine by us. We are looking for people who get the job done, not for people who clock-in and clock-out. Outside of core hours (10am to 3pm UK) it's up to you to decide when the job gets done.
We deeply care about employee well-being and want to promote a healthy work-life balance. To show our commitment to this, we started a 4-day working week trial in May 2023, which we are still continuing successfully having received positive feedback and results.
Approach to diversity & inclusion
Diversity and inclusion are essential to us at Simprints. We are an incredibly diverse team based in over 16 different countries across the world as of 2023. We have a DEI task force within Simprints that is a volunteer group of employees whose purpose is to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion at Simprints by identifying opportunities to improve Simprints in these areas, recommending solutions or improvements and measuring outcomes related to DEI. Our task force works closely with our People Operations team to ensure alignment.

We absolutely love having Simprints onboard. The feedback from their employees has been incredible and so positive - a happy and flexible working environment has clearly been fostered.
