About the role

• Measure and report on performance, using diagnostics and insight to recommend and implement improvements.
• Design and execute growth experiments and A/B tests to improve performance across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion stages.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activity is relevant, timely, and impactful.
• Share insights, learnings, and best practices with peers and the wider marketing team to drive continuous improvement.

• Experience measuring marketing performance and using data to inform decisions and improvements.
• The ability to manage projects end-to-end, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, or similar teams.
