Are you a data‑driven B2B marketer who enjoys turning insight into action and improving performance through experimentation? If so, you could be Redgate’s next Growth Marketer.

This role plays a key part in supporting the growth of our solution areas by executing high‑quality marketing campaigns, running growth experiments, and collaborating closely with sales and the wider marketing team. You’ll work hands‑on across the customer lifecycle, helping deliver measurable impact.

The role

  • Define, create and deliver integrated global marketing plans that drive pipeline generation, accelerate existing opportunities and support expansion, aligned to product and commercial priorities

  • Measure and report on performance, using diagnostics and insight to recommend and implement improvements

  • Design and execute growth experiments and A/B tests to improve performance across acquisition, activation, retention and expansion stages

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales and other cross functional teams to ensure marketing activity is relevant, timely and impactful

  • Share insights, learnings and best practices with peers and the wider marketing team to drive continuous improvement

  • Support reporting, analysis and implementation of growth initiatives

What makes you a Growth Marketer at Redgate?

Our ideal candidate is hands‑on and data-driven. You’ll likely bring:

  • Experience of executing and managing B2B marketing programs or campaigns, ideally within a software or technology environment

  • Experience measuring marketing performance and using data to inform decisions and improvements

  • The ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders

  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working cross‑functionally with sales, product marketing or similar teams

Salary Band for the role is £45,000 - £50,000
