Job Description

Our Qodea change managers play a key role in any client project to guide the organisation through the adoption and usage of new technologies and new ways of working. This role is also responsible for discovery and assessment of organisational design and cultural change to optimise any digital transformation they are involved in.

This person will be passionate about the people aspect of change, with a strong desire to increase impact across business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. With a key role on client-facing projects of varying complexity, this person will bring an enthusiastic approach to the Qodea Business Change Team, applying change management skills in both delivery and thought leadership.

With customer digital transformation in mind, our change managers will work to ensure that changes are adopted quickly and effectively to bring value to, and make impact on, the business. This will ultimately engage benefit realisation, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of desired results and outcomes for our customers and their businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership for driving and implementing change across the business with a specific focus on outcomes
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Apply change management methodologies and resources to develop a strategy that fosters seamless adoption of project or initiative technologies and transformation.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Analyse data to measure success of an initiative
  • Provide change and project leadership through the delivery of a portfolio of projects
  • Manage relationships and develop credibility with key senior stakeholders across the group
  • Manage and influence contributors to achieve outputs against the programme deliverables on time and in full
  • Be familiar with innovative, agile and modern project management approaches
  • Identify, define, and track the benefits and outcomes required of the programme
  • Establish and implement mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured
  • Lead on transition management, ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition and the changes are effectively integrated into the business

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills and experience of working with C-level
  • Has an understanding of change management methodologies - ADKAR, Lewin and Kotter are familiar to you, including the application of change management tools such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, and setting up a network
  • Has business and organisational analytical skills to optimise change management projects and make recommendations based on results
  • Can confidently facilitate a workshop in order to define stakeholder requirements
  • Manages stakeholders to deadlines efficiently
  • Uses awareness of sector changes to support broad thinking and inform solutions
  • Identifies opportunities to improve work processes and makes suggestions
  • A strong relationship builder who can adapt their style and gain buy in to deliver results
  • An excellent communicator and influencer at any level with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong, positive track-record of innovation and collaboration - able to work with diverse teams in diverse locations, engaging their input and commitment to success
  • Experienced in leading business wide projects with a demonstrable record of delivery against transformational programme outcomes
  • Minimum 5 years experience of running change management initiatives

Desirable Skills

  • A recognised change management accreditation such as PROSCI or AMP
  • A broad knowledge of Google Cloud and/or Google Workspace
