Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties:

The core function of a Project Manager is simple: successfully manage and deliver technical projects relating to the Strengthscope® system.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of intended outputs in line with stakeholder expectations, resources available, and timelines agreed
  • Defining the project scope through careful information gathering and translating it into detailed specifications that instruct our product development team
  • Understanding technical aspects of the project and guiding development processes
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including our Sales team members, key customers, and developers to ensure alignment
  • Creating project plans and timelines, employing Agile practices to facilitate iterative development and tracking progress against these
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project timelines and outcomes, ensuring teams adhere to best practice
  • Communicating with relevant stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and changes
  • Ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards through testing and validation processes.

Skills & Attributes:

If you have a mix of the following skills and attributes, you might be just who we’re looking for:

  • At least 5 years experience with technical project management and proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Strong understanding of relevant technologies, software development processes, and technical concepts
  • Are extremely organised, efficient, and motivated to deliver high-quality output according to time and budget
  • Can communicate effectively and articulate information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Possess analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions
  • A team player who is ready to pitch in and help others - we’re a small but growing team and collaboration with other departments is key to success
  • Have a growth mindset and accept that things aren’t always perfect, you look for solutions to help with continuous improvement across the business.
