Life as an Engineering Manager at Peppy

  • Driving Impact: Lead efforts in early-stage product discovery to help the team execute on a build-test-iterate loop.
  • Empowering Teams: Manage and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Fullstack Leader: Oversee projects across our tech stack (JavaScript/Typescript, React, NextJS, and Python).
  • Spirit of Agile: Support the non-dogmatic application of agile practices to ensure smooth delivery and execution of sprint goals.
  • Problem-Solving Expert: Navigate through unknowns, ambiguity, and tech-debt tradeoffs to maintain project momentum, both today and in the near future.
  • Innovative Mindset: Push the boundaries of AI/ML technologies to take projects from concept to production.
