We help our users take control of their health by connecting them to highly-qualified, human experts on the Peppy app, anytime, anywhere. Services include instant messaging, group chat, video consultations, live events, and a library of resources.
We're proud to work with a wide range of employers, from investment banks and magic circle law firms to emergency services and retailers. We've also partnered with Vitality, making them the first private medical insurer in the UK to offer specialist menopause support as standard.
Flexible working at Peppy
At Peppy, being a flexible employer is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that providing flexibility to Peppy employees is absolutely essential to our continued success.
All Peppy employees have the option of either working fully remote (receiving a £600 allowance to set up their home office) or working a hybrid model (£200 allowance to set up their home office, plus a WeWork All Access Pass).
Our enhanced parental leave policy (6 months full pay), gives our employees the flexibility to choose the right time for them to return to work after becoming parents. We also have an adoption leave policy in place!
We’re completely open to where our employees are based in the UK and people regularly work from abroad while visiting family and friends, or just keen to take a break from the UK (for short periods of time).
All of our employees (and their family and friends!) get free access to the Peppy app, allowing them to receive personalised healthcare support, including Menopause, Men’s Health, Fertility and perinatal.
Although we have core business hours (9.30am to 4.30pm), we offer full flexibility and there are no defined log-on/log-off times at Peppy.

What do we think of Peppy?
Peppy scored highly in both their employer and employee benchmarking tests. Also, unlike many, their two scores were almost identical. This shows the the employees and employer are very much on the same wavelength in regards to flexible working. A very clear indication of excellent communication internally.
