Job Description

The Role

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will prepare, route & manage one.five’s shipments (outbound and inbound), along with managing & maintaining on site warehouse inventory.

This role reports to Supply Chain Manager, as part of the wider Operations team, with key stakeholder relationships across the organisations and external supplies and agents.

Due to the nature of this role, it is an on-location role and work must be performed from our Holm facilities.

How you'll help build one • fıve

  • Daily monitoring and management of shipment requests

  • Collaborating with logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries

  • Hands on coordination of inbound & outbound shipments; packing, inbound receipt (hand cart and forklift), etc.

  • Keep shipment request database up to date and coordinate with necessary stakeholders proactively in the case of challenges or delays

Management of warehouse

  • Ownership of stock and inventory in warehouse facility

  • Supporting internal sample preparation

  • Implement and own an inventory system to control stock

  • Keep inventory list up to date

As a small, scaling team the ideal candidate will be willing to get hands-on and be active in the warehouse but also excited about the opportunity to take ownership of process improvements and understand the impact of their role across the whole organisation.

This role is a great opportunity for someone to learn the wider Supply Chain & Operations of a scaling business, while taking full ownership of the warehouse function. Who you are

  • Strong and proactive communicator, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders

  • Comfortable communicating in English, as this is our primary working language

  • German language, a bonus, to speak with external partners occasionally

one • fıve values

  • Acknowledge the process: we celebrate our failures and successes together, and keep iterating to improve

  • Transparency: all knowledge is accessible to everyone
