Job Description

The Role

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will prepare, route & manage one.five’s shipments (outbound and inbound), along with managing & maintaining on site warehouse inventory.

This role reports to Supply Chain Manager, as part of the wider Operations team, with key stakeholder relationships across the organisations and external supplies and agents.

Due to the nature of this role, it is an on-location role and work must be performed from our Holm facilities.

How you'll help build one • fıve

Coordinate & facilitate all shipments

  • Daily monitoring and management of shipment requests

  • Collaborating with logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries

  • Hands on coordination of inbound & outbound shipments; packing, inbound receipt (hand cart and forklift), etc.

  • Proactive tracking and resolution of any shipping delays

  • Keep shipment request database up to date and coordinate with necessary stakeholders proactively in the case of challenges or delays

Management of warehouse

  • Ownership of stock and inventory in warehouse facility

  • Supporting internal sample preparation

  • Implement and own an inventory system to control stock

  • Keep inventory list up to date

As a small, scaling team the ideal candidate will be willing to get hands-on and be active in the warehouse but also excited about the opportunity to take ownership of process improvements and understand the impact of their role across the whole organisation.

This role is a great opportunity for someone to learn the wider Supply Chain & Operations of a scaling business, while taking full ownership of the warehouse function. As a member of the wider Operations team, your ability to support, especially supplier management and order processing, as required, will be invaluable.

Who you are

  • Strong and proactive communicator, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders

  • Excellent internal customer service and external client relations skills

  • Organisation is one of your key strengths, able to stay on top of processes and status across various priorities

  • Eager to learn new skills in supply chain & procurement

  • Self-starter, able to operate independently with clear goals and objectives but limited day to day supervision; you know when to ask for help and won’t be micromanaged

  • Forklift license, a plus (will provide training if don't already have license)

  • Comfortable communicating in English, as this is our primary working language

  • German language, a bonus, to speak with external partners occasionally

one • fıve values

  • Duty to care: care for yourself, your colleagues, your work, our offices, and ultimately, our planet

  • Create with intent: work with a goal in mind. Ask yourself what you are trying to achieve and constantly evaluate whether your current path is the best way to achieve this goal

  • Acknowledge the process: we celebrate our failures and successes together, and keep iterating to improve

  • Transparency: all knowledge is accessible to everyone

Hiring Process
