We are open to candidate location but you must be flexible to travel to Leeds to connect with your wider team.
As a Supply Chain Forward Logistics Distribution Support you'll be responsible for handling the day to day tasks and processes in a critical part of Supply Chain including completion of scheduled tasks associated with compliance to ISO44001 & CCM (Commercial Contract Management) governance frameworks.
Delivering the Weekly / Monthly reconciliations covering movements to / from partners and channels ensuring that any losses are reported and investigated in line with agreed timescales.
Completing detailed invoice reconciliation activities ensuring that invoices supplied by partners are accurate and reflect the services provided. You'll Manage monthly Distribution purchase order process including raising orders, receipting invoices, tracking spend against budget and leading on any ad-hoc queries.

You'll be supporting day to day monitoring and management of Distribution ensuring correct levels are maintained to maximise customer experience and delivery of key KPIs. You'll be responsible for investigating and responding to ad-hoc customer/channel queries.
The must haves
- Operational experience in a supply chain or equivalent environment
- Delivery focussed with a passion for flawless execution and a track record to match
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel/PowerPoint tools
- Flexibility to travel to Leeds to connect with the wider team.

- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight timescales and prioritise workload
- The ability to interpret and act on complex sets of data and present in a logical and way
