
One Stop - Business Plan Project Coordinator
Job Description
Do you enjoy keeping things organised, making plans happen, and bringing people together? At One Stop, we�re looking for a Business Plan Projects Coordinator to help turn ideas into action.
This is a varied role where you�ll support projects and the governance process and make sure plans are followed through. You�ll work with teams across the business, organising meetings, tracking outputs and progress, and keeping everything running smoothly.
From managing calendars and project trackers to supporting business planning and change, you�ll play a key role in keeping things aligned and moving forward.
As this is a permanent job role,�it offers unique exposure to senior leadership through governance forums and business planning processes. You'll have the chance to build your network across the organisation, gain visibility with key decision-makers, and develop a deeper understanding of how strategic priorities are shaped and delivered across One Stop.
You will be responsible for
- Understand performance across the area, with a focus on improving the bottom 10% of each service
- Maintains the business-wide governance calendar, ensuring meeting structures are aligned to business needs and all documentation and invites are accurate and up to date
- Supports the effective administration of governance activities, including preparing materials, coordinating actions, and managing meeting schedules with stakeholders
- Enables accurate tracking, coordination, and reporting of Business Plan and Strategic Plan deliverables, priorities, and timelines
- Supports Project Managers and Business Support Manager(s) with coordination of project activity, including plans, risks, actions, and progress updates
- Owns and manages Business Trials tracking, facilitating regular Projects & Trials meetings with Heads of Retail
- Provides administrative support to wider Business Change activity, including purchase orders, CAF processes, and supplier set-up
- Supports GDPR and Data Privacy activities, including governance processes linked to Strategic Plans and risk registers
- Delivers ad-hoc coordination and administrative support across business planning and project activity
You will need

- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills

- Time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
