The Opportunity

Reporting to Director, B2B Growth

We’re looking for a B2B Growth Marketing Senior Manager to join the Global Growth team, based in London. As the B2B Growth Marketing Senior Manager, you will drive new customer revenue and launch major strategic initiatives & channels to drive lead acquisition and conversion while contributing to a fantastic customer experience. You will scale our customer acquisition & demand generation funnel, test new channels, and execute your strategy globally.

In this role, you will…

  • Accelerate topline growth by reaching and acquiring great-fit new customers

  • Scale our B2B end-to-end demand generation strategy globally, testing new channels, and executing your roadmap across growth acquisition channels

  • Own the P&L for new customer growth for Multiverse, and oversee the budget and forecast as we drive toward our revenue goals

  • Conduct & own analyses and A/B testing to help Multiverse identify, prioritize, and pursue high-leverage growth opportunities that maximize key performance metrics (like lead acquisition, new customer revenue, and ROI)

  • Measure channel performance regularly and report on how marketing is driving key metrics

  • Educate VP and C-Suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 / FTSE 250 companies on the power of apprenticeships and Multiverse’s value prop & ROI by standing up and testing new marketing channels

  • Serving as an expert on top-of-funnel growth for Multiverse leadership, and managing relationships with ad agencies and 3rd party vendors (like Google and LinkedIn)

  • Partner with Product & Engineering, Sales, Data & Insights and others to build seamless customer experiences

  • Work with a world-class go-to-market team that helped the business achieve a valuation of $1.7b Series D
