Job Description

Holding responsibility of driving our strategic agenda from articulation to execution, our Senior Strategy Manager will play a key role in the business' evolution over the coming years. Encompassing both strategic and operational aspects, our role will immerse you in all of our digital brands, utilising your analytical, relationship building, influencing and communication skills!

Joining a team of 4 and reporting into our Director of Corporate Development, Strategy and Investor Relations, you will support team members from our Exec and Senior Leadership Teams, being a key sounding board to craft ideas, challenge ways of working and drive forward our ambitious growth plans!

What your daily life look like:

Working with stakeholders across the Group to craft our strategic priorities, you will also ensure we deliver our ambitious growth plans by:

  • Supporting the business (Exec and SLC) in articulating our strategic goals, ensuring they are aligned to our mission and values, and communicating these in a compelling way to the Board
  • Leading the annual strategic planning process, supporting initiative assessment, prioritisation and business objectives alignment as well as driving high levels of engagement and ownership from senior leaders across the business
  • Supervising strategic delivery by develop a framework of strategic milestones and KPI for Exec and Board reporting
  • Developing expertise in our markets, competitor landscape as well as trends impacting our industry so you can continuously challenge our thinking on driving the business forward

3. Interview (90 mins) with Fraga and Senior Colleagues

What do we need from you?

  • Proven success in a strategy consulting role
  • Proven success in an in-house corporate strategy role, preferably in a digital business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A real focus on the customer and on ensuring that everything we do delivers a great outcome for our customers
  • Proven influencing and relationship building skills
  • Comfortable with challenging the business on sophisticated, data driven decisions
  • Polished presenting and communication skills, with an ability to tell the story behind plans and numbers in a way that drives insight and action
