Hauptzweck der Stelle ist die reibungslose Gewährleistung und Erbringung von Services im Bereich My Rewards/Insurance.

  • Qualifizierte und selbstständige Bearbeitung aller Personen- und Mitarbeiterversicherungen
  • Koordination der betrieblichen Altersversorgung und Hinterbliebenenversorgung

  • Verantwortlich für die Betreuung der bestehenden Personen- und Mitarbeiterversicherungen
  • Qualifizierte Schadenabwicklung in den verschiedenen Versicherungsbereichen
  • Kompetente Unterstützung und Beratung von Mitarbeitern (einschl. Expatriates) und verschiedenen Stakeholdern in Fragen der Personen- und Mitarbeiterversicherungen
  • Handling von diversen Benefits
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten und dem Annual Compensation Cycle
  • Kontinuierliche Marktüberprüfung und ggf. entscheidungsfähige Aufbereitung erforderlicher Anpassungen

Was musst du mitbringen?

den Wunsch, etwas für deine Zukunft zu tun und deine Karriere zu beschleunigen. An Erfahrung und Wissen bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise Schwerpunkt Versicherungen)/Fachwirt/Fachwirtin
  • Erste jobbezogene Erfahrung (ca. 4 Jahre)
  • Arbeiten in internationalem Umfeld und in Konzern- und Projektorganisationen
  • Fließende Kenntnisse der deutschen, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
  • SAP Kenntnisse
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten
  • PC-Kenntnisse
  • Organisationstalent, Verschwiegenheit, Integrität, Lösungsorientierung, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit; Flexibilität, Agilität

Teilzeit: 18.75 Wochenstunden

Befristet: für 1 Jahr
