Job Description

Overview

Microsoft is a company where innovators come to collaborate, envision what can be, and take their careers to places they simply couldn't reach anywhere else. This is a world of more possibility, more innovation, more openness, and more sky’s-the-limit thinking.

We are hiring a new Sales Manager to lead a sales practise dedicated to serving our Retail customers. This is a team inspired every day to bring digital transformation to our Retail customers – to empower their employees and colleagues, engage their customers, optimise their operations, and change the very nature of their products, services, and business models. We are customer-obsessed—we love learning about our customers and then developing solutions that meet their needs. If this opportunity excites you, and you have a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets and are obsessed about customer and partner collaboration, we would love to hear from you!

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
