Job Description

The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team translates Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into local execution plans, driving operational excellence and business impact at scale. Within SE&O, the Central Marketing Organization (CMO) inspires, acquires, and engages customers and partners by driving integrated marketing strategies aligned to global priorities.

As an Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) for SDP/Digital Native EMEA, you will lead integrated marketing strategies and plans for the Solution Area, leveraging global and regional go-to-market approaches and augmenting with activities to deliver customer experiences that drive business outcomes—including customer acquisition, nurture, and consumption. You will be the marketing expert for SDP/Digital Native, using data and insights to ensure positioning and messaging are clear, distinctive, and audience-specific, educating customers on how they can achieve more with Microsoft products.
You will evangelize marketing transformation, landing cutting-edge innovations for your region, and develop leadership skills by advising Sales and Marketing leaders on strategy. As a strong advocate for connected sales and marketing, you will partner with senior leaders across Sales and Marketing, helping stakeholders understand marketing impact and inspiring sellers to act on marketing signals. You will collaborate with Integrated Marketers across EMEA, contributing to learnings and optimization by sharing best practices and feedback.

This role requires agility, flexibility, and a growth mindset, operating in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. You may be asked to step outside your role swim lane to work on strategic projects aligned to areas of greatest need and impact (e.g., AI Tours, strategic programs).

*In line with our Flexible Work approach, for roles at Microsoft Germany, Switzerland, and France we recommend spending at least two days per week in the office or at the customer site.

Embrace a data-driven marketing culture, using insights and dashboards to optimize strategy and delivery. Evangelize marketing impact, providing recommendations for improvement. Inspire sellers and leaders to act on marketing signals and data to build and progress pipeline.
