Brand & Campaign Manager
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager
Location: UK – Sunderland, Leeds, Dublin or Gibraltar (Hybrid)
The role
As Brand & Campaign Manager, you’ll be at the heart of tombola’s digital-first marketing activity, shaping how we show up across digital video, paid social, online display, audio and influencers. Supporting our arcade proposition, this role is focused on delivering standout campaigns in environments where our audience spends their time — particularly across digital and social channels.
You’ll own the planning and delivery of integrated digital campaigns, working closely with our media and creative agencies to ensure everything we produce is channel-first, insight-led and built to perform. From briefing and shaping creative ideas to analysing performance and optimising spend, you’ll bring together strategy, storytelling and data to drive meaningful results.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer-facing touchpoint reflects tombola’s brand, connects with our community and supports growth across our arcade products.
What you’ll be doing
Campaign & media planning
Lead the planning and delivery of integrated brand campaigns across ATL, digital and paid channels
Partner with media and creative agencies to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans
Ensure campaigns are audience-first and insight-driven, balancing strong creative with measurable outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign activity with wider brand and business objectives
Creative development & management
Own the development of ATL creative across TV, BVOD, OOH, audio and digital video
Write clear, inspiring creative briefs that bring objectives, tone and messaging to life
Manage the full creative journey — from concept and production through to delivery and review
Ensure all creative is channel-first and built to perform in its intended placement
Champion creative excellence, consistency and continuous improvement across all assets
Media buying & performance
Oversee media buying and execution across channels, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Work with the media agency to identify the right media mix to drive awareness and consideration
Monitor live campaigns and make data-led optimisation recommendations
Ensure all activity meets ASA guidelines and tombola’s responsible marketing standards
Measurement & insight
Define KPIs and success metrics for campaigns in partnership with agencies and internal teams
Analyse creative and media performance to understand effectiveness and ROI
Turn insights into clear actions to inform future campaign development
What we’re looking for
4+ years’ experience in digital brand marketing, campaign management or media planning (agency or client-side)
Proven experience delivering digital ATL campaigns from briefing through to launch
Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including across digital video, paid social, online display, audio and influencers.
Experience managing external creative and media agencies
A confident creative thinker with strong briefing, storytelling and presentation skills
An analytical mindset — comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimise performance
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns
