Indirect Sales Operations Executive, EU
Location: London or Germany
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent, salaried
Working closely with the Head of Indirect Sales Operations, Operations Director, and Sales Operations leadership, this role provides comprehensive operational support to the Indirect Sales function across Trade, Brand Partnerships, Affiliates, and MICE. Acting as a key operational point of contact, the role supports day-to-day activity, resolves operational and system issues, and ensures minimal impact on sales performance and guest experience through a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
The role requires strong multitasking and stakeholder management skills, alongside a solid understanding of attraction operations, primarily Admissions with exposure to Hotels. The role holder will become a subject matter expert in core Indirect Sales systems, including Accesso, ISO, and CRM platforms, supporting trade partner setup, integrations, onboarding, training, and ongoing system optimisation. Clear, proactive communication and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners are central to success in the role.
In addition, the position supports continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to system and process enhancements, documentation, reporting, and data accuracy. Acting as a proactive problem solver, the role helps implement new processes and projects effectively, escalates complex issues with clarity, and supports cross-functional initiatives to ensure efficient and scalable Indirect Sales Operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven ability to manage and develop sales growth in line with agreed budgets.
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in commercial sales management.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to report accurately in business English.
Proven experience managing, motivating, and developing a matrix of field-based sales managers.
Proficient in Excel, able to create and update reports, analyse large datasets, and draw actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptable to different environments and audiences.
Strong communicator and influencer, capable of leading teams effectively.
Experience in budgeting and financial management.
Passionate and driven, demonstrating enthusiasm for sales and people leadership.
Data-driven, proactive, and creative approach to problem-solving.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
Highly organised, able to multi-task and hit the ground running in a hands-on role.
Thrive on ownership and accountability, with a proven track record of acting on initiative to deliver
