📍 Location: Sun Towers, Chatuchak / Pakchong, Nakhon Ratchasima

As our Shipment Planner, you’ll play a vital role in driving responsive, efficient, and customer-focused logistics operations that maximize service levels while optimizing cost. Join Mars Petcare and help ensure our products reach customers across SEA and affiliate markets seamlessly and reliably.

What You’ll Do

As our Shipment Planner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Optimize Supply Allocation & Shipment Planning – Collaborate with Supply Chain Planners and Market Pipeline Planners to allocate supply effectively and maximize customer service levels.

  • Drive Operational Excellence – Partner with Customer Service, Outbound Operations, and 3PL providers to deliver a customer-centric outbound supply chain with an optimal cost structure.

  • Enhance Container & Logistics Efficiency – Lead container fulfilment initiatives to ensure efficient outbound flows and cost effectiveness.

  • Own Systems & Inventory Coordination – Act as Key User for SAP and OMP OPR systems, while managing pallet inventory and deployment plans to support smooth factory and export operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant Experience – Minimum 3 years in logistics or supply chain within FMCG, with exposure to supply planning and customer collaboration.

  • Technical Expertise – Experience in JDA Fulfillment, SAP, and strong Microsoft Excel skills; solid understanding of logistics and 3PL management.

  • Business & Financial Acumen – Commercial awareness and understanding of financial essentials to balance service and cost.

  • Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills – Confident in English (spoken and written), customer-focused, and able to build collaborative relationships across markets and functions.
