Job Purpose:

Drive end-to-end replenishment planning from Factory/Mother Warehouses to downstream hubs based on sales trends, S&OP demand plans, and latest demand forecasts. Take ownership of the daily planning cycle, CMOS forums, and primary transportation planning to ensure seamless product availability and fulfillment of market demand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive daily replenishment planning from hubs/factories to depots to ensure uninterrupted supply.

• Analyze sales trends to validate demand plans and maintain targeted Customer Service Levels (CSL).

• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, production, and commercial teams for optimal supply and transportation planning.

• Lead the digitization of the Transport Management System (TMS) to improve operational efficiency.

• Manage transportation placement, partner performance, and proactively handle disruptions to ensure seamless service.

• Implement transportation cost optimization initiatives through vehicle right-sizing, product configuration, and multi-modal strategies.

Education & Professional Qualification

• MBA/PGDM degree from reputed college

• 3-5 years of experience in domain of supply, Logistics or customer service

Knowledge/Experience

• Extremely strong on excel capabilities

• Working knowledge of supply chain and basic understanding of Logistics
