This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional who can lead and innovate in the learning and development space, driving impactful and meaningful learning experiences for our organization. This role embraces user centricity and innovation, ensuring that we are bringing the best of learning and development trends to our associates in a way that enables learning the flow of work.

What are we looking for?

  • You’ll have experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of managing and designing projects.
  • You’ll have previously demonstrated experience in creating innovative and engaging learning experiences, using technology.
  • You’ll have a strong ability to gather and analyse learner feedback, including looking at data and insights to create recommendations.
  • You’ll have ability to engage and develop teams across different departments.
  • You’ll be proficient in using tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate and other relevant software.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • You’ll partner will the Strategic Capability Team to understand capability needs, target audience and learning objectives.
    You’ll create innovative learner experiences that go beyond the 10% to meet capability building needs defined by SC, leverages technology innovation that enables learning through both traditional and non-traditional channels, and drives a culture of “Always on Learning”.
  • You’ll execute multiple projects within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • You’ll uphold the Internal Learning Organizational Model, processes, and ways of working through their role in learning experience design projects.
  • You’ll leverage the voice of the learner and data and insights to develop recommendations that ensure every touchpoint with our learners is a chance to make their experience simple, actionable and available when and how they need it.
  • You’ll take accountability for engagement and development of direct report(s).
