The Global Insights Leader will act as the primary liaison to facilitate MGSF Celonis projects aligned with global objectives. Leading Celonis deployments, enhancements, and continuous improvements across MGSF, this role collaborates with Global Process Owners, Business Units, MGSF Operations, and Digital Technology teams to drive insights and value generation. Key responsibilities include crafting Celonis analyses/views, generating insights, value creation, and overseeing the delivery and tracking of benefit recognition and process adherence for identified transformation initiatives.

What are we looking for?

  • Sound understanding of SAP with the ability to effectively navigate the software and understand the underlying tables
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that contribute to informed decision making
  • Strong capacity for critical thinking, pushing the boundaries, and challenging the status quo to drive continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, and communicate to stakeholders with technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • Experience in developing and implementing systems for tracking benefits derived from process improvements, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting of the impact of initiatives.
  • Adept at driving process changes by effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and the rationale behind process improvements to stakeholders, and facilitating the adoption of new practices within the organization.
  • Knowledge of query languages such as Celonis PQL, YAML, SQL, or the ability and willingness to learn.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Enable teams to drive process standardization, establish internal controls for risk mitigation, and accelerate value generation through data-driven insights
  • Develop and refine Celonis KPIs, views, and analyses using various query languages, including Celonis PQL and YAML, occasionally using SQL as needed.
  • Implement and monitor process improvements, measuring the impact on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by working closely with business teams to understand their needs and challenges and providing them with recommendations to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in utilizing Celonis features and interpreting process mining results.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and the IT department to facilitate the implementation of technical solutions based on Celonis insights.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Celonis analyses, methodologies, and outcomes.
