Job Description

Job Description:

The Process Intelligence Senior Manager of Process Modelling & Design – MGS Digital Core will play a central role in the conversion of Mars Global Services (MGS)’ future state-solution needs into actionable process models that will underpin the deployment of S/4HANA capabilities. This will be a transformation role that will be focused on initiatives related to the MGS ‘Digital Core’ program, namely process intelligence deployments for back office & corporate functions (Invoice-to-Cash, Invoice-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain Finance, Controls, HR/P&O, and other functions).

This role will be responsible for the Signavio platform rollout at MGS as well as the delivery of mining, BPM, process modelling, and workflow assets built on Signavio over the course of the Digital Core program. BPM and process modelling technology will allow MGS to convert high-level future-state designs into BPMN2.0 compliant process models, which will serve as the blueprint for initial

S/4HANA development and ongoing business process governance.

Initially, this role will be required for standing up the Signavio platform, in tandem with the “Manager of Data Engineering – MGS Digital Core”. Once the environment is ready, this role will be responsible for testing and validation of the platform as well as the production of an operating model & delivery playbook for the development (and support) of assets on the platform.

This role also demands someone with a robust analytical foundation, skilled in predictive and statistical modelling to enhance decision-making and operational agility, who will be responsible for driving significant improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and service excellence by incorporating advanced data science techniques.

The Senior Manager should have the ability to critically assess the outputs of process modelling tools for their business relevance and effectiveness, and utilise lean Six Sigma techniques in conjunction with process modelling capabilities to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within Mars Global Services. Lastly, this role will be responsible for overseeing the development of process modelling assets as well as supplier management where applicable. For the avoidance of doubt, this role will only be focused on project delivery for MGS Digital Core program needs vs. our ongoing ‘business-as-usual’ project pipeline.
