Please note that this position is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract basis to provide maternity leave cover

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • You will together with your team be responsible for the Customer Service in the Swedish market. Act as a back-up for the other Nordic markets during sick leave, holidays etc.

  • Order management in Navision through EDI, CRM, calls, web shop and mail

  • Credit and claims handling

  • Email/phone support

  • Drive Additional Sales and create added value for customers.

  • Web shop support to customers

  • Work closely with our logistic partner to ensure that handling and distribution is performed according to the customer requirements.

What are we looking for?

  • High school graduate or similar

  • Min. 2-3 years of work experience in Customer Service-related functions.

  • Fluent in Swedish spoken and written.

  • Advance English (understand written and verbale and can speak it with our Nordic organization)

  • Danish/Norwegian is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills, structured, proactive, team oriented and a great drive for results.

  • Strong in handling conflict situations with care and understanding.

  • Preferably in the FMCG Industry
