  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related analytical discipline.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Produce and maintain exposure, hedge coverage, net open position, and market risk reporting for key stakeholders.
  • Support commodity pricing, forecasting, hedge strategy analysis, and liquidity reporting to inform business decisions.

Financial Analysis, P&L Attribution & Business Insights

  • Develop financial models, dashboards, and reports to assess commodity exposures, hedging performance, and market impacts.
  • Deliver P&L attribution, cause-of-change analysis, and financial insights to identify key performance drivers.
  • Conduct scenario modelling and provide executive-ready reporting to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

Hedge Accounting, Financial Controls & Governance

  • Support hedge accounting activities, including documentation, monitoring, and effectiveness testing in line with accounting standards.
  • Maintain strong financial controls across commodity transactions, valuations, reporting, and market data governance.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and governance requirements while supporting audit and reconciliation activities.

Systems, Data Management & Process Improvement

  • Act as a key user of commodity risk management systems, ensuring data integrity, governance, and effective system adoption.
  • Develop and enhance reporting and analytical solutions using data and technology platforms.
  • Drive automation, continuous improvement, and system enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and controls.

Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Planning, and Commercial teams to support commodity risk management objectives.
  • Provide analytical support for forecasting, budgeting, sourcing decisions, and business performance reviews.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and deliver insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
