The Commercial (Procurement) Enterprise Technology team aims to enable world-class, connected digital experiences that drive value and efficiency for our commercial associates. This role will drive the evolution of commercial capabilities and experiences enabled by our MyHub solution. The scope for this role Includes partnering with Functional Experts, Global Business Operations, and Business Stakeholders to prioritize enhancement requests/ manage capability roadmaps, manage the delivery of enhancement requests, manage the deployment of a small set of projects/pilots (in some cases), and manage business-as-usual governance processes for live solutions.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Maintains capability roadmaps/backlog to scale capability and accommodate new use cases in deployed commercial solutions.

  • Partners with business stakeholders to translate customer needs/feedback into accurate business and converts these into functional and technical specifications.

  • Identifies & understands the business and systems impact of the solution and plans the detailed tasks required to achieve delivery of the fully tested solution.

  • Oversees development activities and/or coordinate the work of technical resources or vendors to deliver enhancements/break fixes. Executes necessary technical governance processes where required.

  • Runs governance/prioritization of changes (enhancements and bug fixes), including coordinating budget, obtaining alignment for enhancement scope & solution, etc. as part of Mars' Release Management processes.

  • Manages delivery for smaller projects (up to $0.3M annually) and backlog; or on larger projects, manages the plan for defined activities.

  • Acts as the digital technology (DT) partner on initiatives, activities, enhancement requests, support escalations, break fixes, etc., to provide inputs and/or identify any necessary changes to deployed commercial solutions.

  • Escalates issues and risks to the Deployment Project Manager or Senior Deployment Project Manager.

  • Supports maintenance/development of technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of combined experience designing and deploying digital solutions in a corporate environment

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Management

  • Functional procurement expertise related to processes, reporting and/or operations within category management, sourcing, contracting, requisition to Invoice, and supplier management

  • Knowledge of Procurement Systems and/or SAAS solutions

    Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills

  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Strong customer service focus, responsiveness, and attention to detail

  • Ability to produce accurate work under pressure with frequent deadlines

  • Project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams including business users and other technology teams
