Cloud Platform Architect / Infrastructure Platform Lead | hybrid | Guararema

As part of the Digital Platform Development team within Business Delivery Services, you will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud and infrastructure platforms.

Working closely with senior architects and engineering teams, you will design and implement enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions across multi-cloud and on-premises environments. This includes platforms built on Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) across leading cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical architecture, and lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud infrastructure solutions that support critical enterprise applications.

What are we looking for?

• 4-8 years of experience designing cloud architecture and infrastructure solutions across IaaS and PaaS environments

• Strong technical expertise in enterprise infrastructure platforms across cloud and on-premise environments

• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP

• Solid knowledge of infrastructure technologies including Windows platforms, databases (e.g., Oracle), networking, and cloud services

• Proven experience designing enterprise application platforms

• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Additional skills that are a plus

• Certifications in cloud platforms, networking, or project management methodologies

• Experience with IoT environments or large-scale distributed infrastructure

• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate with senior technical leaders

What will be your key responsibilities?

Cloud & Infrastructure Solution Design

• Act as a technical entry point for internal customers to understand their infrastructure and platform requirements

• Design scalable multi-cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, GCP, and on-premises environments

• Collaborate with senior architects, security teams, and infrastructure specialists to define solution architecture aligned with company standards

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure platforms from design through implementation

• Create and manage project plans, including resource, cost, and timeline estimates

• Coordinate implementation teams and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and infrastructure strategies

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements

• Influence project decisions to align with cloud strategy and infrastructure standards

• Maintain clear communication across global teams throughout the project lifecycle

Risk & Governance Management

• Identify and manage risks that may impact project delivery or business operations

• Ensure projects comply with organizational processes, governance frameworks, and security standards

Team Leadership & Knowledge Sharing

• Lead and coordinate global development and implementation teams

• Supervise external partners and contractors (2–10 team members) across different regions

• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team and broader technology community
