This role is part of the EOS Data organization, and is responsible for the delivery of all the data projects part of EOS program in collaboration with Data workstream leads, EOS COE DT, GPOs, RC R&G and MGS ensuring the delivery following Mars project methodology the adoption of the core solutions and strong standardization of processes

  • This role will cover the deployment of all data projects like: End to End master data governance, MDG roll out ahead of S/4, SA4 retirement

  • Internally It works hand with hand with the Data team, COE DT and COE business, MGS and CXO to ensure the successful completion of milestones

  • Externally it works with 3rd party vendors, System Integrators and Business Integrators.

  • Key Stakeholders are the EOS Program Group, Regional CIOs, MGS DT Data leaders

What are we looking for?

  • 7 to 10 years of Experience in deployment of new digital capability and/or in demand/sales function.

  • Demonstrable ability to articulate digital capability strategy factoring in overall business intent & strategy.

  • Demonstrable understanding of business process and change management.

  • Demonstrable agile, design thinking and project experience, with experience in the full development cycle of modular platform.

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering through others and creating collaborative relationships.

  • Track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and external resources in an ambiguous environment.

  • Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce processes.

  • Strong knowledge of CPG business models and Customer trends.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Curious and capable to research and rapidly learn new functional and technical skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead end-to-end program for Data and ensure the delivery of projects within markets in scope, driving the activities with different project workstreams.

  • Create and maintain Deployment Plans, ensuring project is delivered on time, on quality and on budget.

  • Ensure project deliverables respect the different stage gates

  • Manage different project team meetings and governance steering committee.

  • Create and track different vendors SOWs

  • Lead Fit to Template sessions in collaboration with CoEs and Regional Business Leads to demonstrate new systems and new process and gather feedback

  • Collect and analyze local requirements to ensure core templates are a fit to the different markets, collaborating with COEs and GPOs to adjust it for legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with CXO the communication, training and change management activities.

  • Coordinate System Integration testing in collaboration COEs, Regional Integration leads and 3rd party vendors

  • Support the design of new data processes to ensure they deliver value for RC

  • Prepare and lead technical cutover plan for go-live

  • Analyze and map current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Ensure proper communication of project progress to key stakeholders
